SECTION 1 — SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
Global Vision Technologies, Inc. is a provider of case management software solutions that helps human services agencies streamline operations through comprehensive implementation services and ongoing support. When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you may receive appointment confirmations, discovery call reminders, follow-up communications related to your inquiry, and marketing communications about our case management software solutions, implementation services, and support for human services agencies.
1A. How to Cancel SMS (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

You will receive messages based on your consent selections — marketing messages may vary in frequency; appointment confirmations and discovery call reminders are sent as events occur. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

If you are not satisfied with our services, your recourse is to cancel your subscription going forward. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of a billing cycle.

Failure to use available services does not relieve you of your payment obligations. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with Section 7.

You represent and warrant that you operate a business in good standing and that there are no prior or pending government investigations or prosecutions against you or your business. You agree to use FamCare’s services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws governing advertising, marketing claims, email marketing (CAN-SPAM Act), and telemarketing (TCPA and FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule).
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your business. Global Vision Technologies, Inc. does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice on those topics.

YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
